What does Barkan do inside my product?

It answers users in chat or voice from the live page and your knowledge, moves a cursor to show the way, and, when a user asks, does the task for them. Anything that deletes, pays or changes access waits for an Accept.

How long does installation take?

Minutes. Paste one script tag before the closing body tag of your product, or hand the task to a coding agent from the dashboard. Barkan shows up only on the pages you allow.

Does Barkan replace our help desk?

No. When it cannot help, it writes the report from the user's side, console errors attached, and sends it to your team's inbox. You reply by email from the dashboard.
